This person will help develop solutions through harnessing interdepartmental support to drive focus around development of assigned categories, supporting growth on Adorama branded channels. This person will utilize IMM for the buying organization and work cross-functionally with other internal capabilities e.g. marketing, web dev., to help drive change management. This person must be open-minded, observant and have the skillset not only to identify gaps, but to also ensure solutions are in place effectively driving execution.


  • Support the merchant with insights from online metrics to help improve traffic and conversion
  • Ensure taxonomy and search are effective at driving customers to the correct categories and products by working with the both categorization and web teams
  • Work with marketing and provide insights to improve the customer experience, in support of the company strategy for the designated categories
  • Support Merchant by ensuring product assortment and brands have proportionate exposure based on merchant category strategy
  • Support merchant by analyzing the data for opportunities in assortment and promotions for sustainable future growth
  • Participate in cross-functional marketing/merchant meetings to ensure online category strategy is executed in all branded marketing vehicles; email, paid search, social
  • Work with product content team to ensure products pages on key items are merchandised with rich content with the goal to help improve customer engagement and conversion
  • Work with merchant and merchandising leader to build standardization for product titles and specifications
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure the website has the right information to enhance the customer experience
  • Support Merchant with merchandising category initiatives across the organization; new product launches, brand stores, category store, email blasts, etc.


  • Bachelor s Degree in the business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ year s retail merchandising experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
