YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage the Regulatory Policy and Intelligence team for Bayer Consumer HealthOversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Regulatory Intelligence systems and processesEffectively communicate critical regulatory intelligence information and work with subject matter experts to assess the impact on Bayer Consumer Health products and goalsLead internal teams to develop Bayer Consumer Health comments/positions on legislation, guidelines and regulatory policy issuesWork with subject matter experts and CH leadership to identify the priority regulatory policy areas for Bayer Consumer HealthWork with internal and external subject matter experts to formulate and shape policies and positions on regulatory topicsLead internal and external advocacy efforts for Bayer Consumer Health by developing proactive influencing strategies in collaboration with the Consumer Health Regional Regulatory HeadsPrepare and deliver regulatory intelligence and policy updates, analysis and recommendations to senior managementOversee Bayer Consumer Health participation on national and regional trade association regulatory committees and working groups to ensure a consistent approachWHO YOU AREYour success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values.  More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in life sciences and 15 years regulatory experience or Master’s degree and 12 years regulatory experience or Ph.D, Pharm.D, or MD with 10 years’ regulatory experiencePrevious experience working in regulatory policy and intelligenceExcellent business acumen and strategic agilityGood judgement and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent collaboration and relationship building capabilitiesAbility to work in a complex multi-cultural environmentDemonstrated influencing and negotiation skillsProactive and results-drivenExcellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skillsProven ability to lead and motivate a teamCountry: United StatesState: New JerseyLocation: WhippanyReference Code: 68794Functional Area:Regulatory AffairsEntry Level : Professional
