The Social Campaign Management Lead, will play a central role in making improvements to Consumer Health marketing, which is an essential driver of future profitable growth. This role will be a key player in completing Bayer’s transition to in-house media planning, buying, and analysis transition. You’ll help drive our focus on building upon media cost efficiency gains made in the last two years, while improving operational efficiency with execution in house.The Social Campaign Management Lead will ensure that strategic objectives are understood and translated into buying activities,including actively managing performance with a "hands on keyboard" approach and driving innovation across brands and the division. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about using data-driven insights, innovative best practices, and creativity to design, launch and manage campaigns.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESOperationalization: Continually streamline, standardize, document & automate social campaign set up, trafficking, optimization, monitoring & quality assurance processesAdvise: Leverage social experience and expertise to support internal brand teams and Consumer Health division goals by advising on tactical recommendations, best practices, and "next best" step throughout the campaign lifecycleAd Operations: Seamlessly execute campaign launches including all line item set up, tagging and trafficking activities with high level of attention to detail to ensure reporting and measurement accuracyOptimization: Continuously improve daily and weekly optimizations that can be applied portfolio-wide to generate YoY ROI/ROAS growth from digital media investmentInnovate: Collaborate with internal and external partners to reach Consumer Health and individual brand goals by participating in new technology, inventory, and data, discovery, assessment, activation, and reporting tasksSupport stakeholders as organizational subject matter expert on social media buying, and coach other team members and the larger brand teams on paid social best practicesAttain and maintain mastery of social media buying platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snap, LinkedIn, DMPs, tag management and ad servers.Select optimal best practice campaign line item set up to maximize optimization options, breakout reporting pivots and performanceProactively monitor daily campaign performance to identify optimizations that maximize return on social ad spend and ensure brand objectives are met on an ongoing basisTriage and escalate campaign launch and management issuesWork with internal team to activate, optimize, and report out on scheduled social testsWHO YOU AREYour success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values.  More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:Required SkillsMinimum of 4 years’ experience at major digital platform, ad tech start up or brand as a "hands on keyboard" team memberAdvanced knowledge of media buying strategy and optimization for the major social media platformsExperience managing significant social spendExperience with 3rd party data providers and setting up custom datasegments to align with campaign targets and goalsTrack record of success achieving upper funnel and performance marketing goals via socialExperience with a variety of targeting tactics, including site retargeting, lookalike modeling and retargeting, with an understanding of how to leverage them to achieve business goalsClear communicator able to support POVs with solid rationaleExceptional verbal, written, and presentation skillsProven ability to work quickly and decisively to meet deadlines andtroubleshootAbility to analyze and draw meaningful & actionable insights from dataStrong project management skills; detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple projectsProactive self-starter and able to work in collaborative, matrixed, dynamic and fast-paced environmentsProven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teamsAmbition to grow with the company and take on more responsibilityProficient with ExcelPreferred SkillsCPG experience preferredExperience with ad server technologyThird Party Data Management Platform experience (LiveRamp, Oracle, Nielsen, Catalina, etc.)SQL query experienceApp user acquisition or ecommerce marketing experienceCountry: United StatesState: New JerseyLocation: WhippanyReference Code: 68151Functional Area:MarketingEntry Level : Professional
