The Admissions Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing all required processing functions associated with prospective student enrollment and will deal directly with new incoming students via heavy phone, email, and video communication. They serve as one of the points of contact throughout the admissions process and will report to the Director of Admissions.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

* Extremely proficient in MS Office applications.
* Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle a variety of duties.
* High School Diploma, Required. Associate's Degree or Higher, preferred.
* Utilization of all required databases
* Attending required meetings and trainings
* Special projects as assigned
* Report preparation and distribution
* Updating and managing current class buildup
* Contact calling and document procurement
* Achieving all management prescribed benchmarks
