Overview

Position Objective:

Position Objective

This position is responsible for proactively identifying and developing sales opportunities for ACA products and services. This position is also responsible for working with ACA s Sales and Marketing teams to develop sales and marketing strategies as well as identify and assist with developing new products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and respond to requests for bid and proposal opportunities on behalf of ACA
  • Devise selling techniques to drive the business forward and create a large volume of prospects and inquiries
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the sales process to guide prospect opportunities to successful close
  • Manage a sales pipeline of pending opportunities and outstanding engagement agreements
  • Professionally and confidently present ACA offerings, services, and pricing to financial services industry prospects and clients
  • Negotiate engagement terms with prospects and clients
  • Provide support to ACA s consulting team to amend revenue and budgets as necessary for successful completion of projects
  • Assist with ACA s marketing efforts, including participation in conferences and creation and maintenance of marketing materials
  • Assist with the identification and development of new product and service offerings
  • Improve sales performance by training and familiarizing other ACA personnel with service offerings, CRM system, and sales process
  • Partner with ACA executives on business development priorities and key sales initiatives
  • Meet or exceed sales and other business development goals
  • Enhance ACA industry partner relationships to generate additional sales
  • Understand the market, competition, and trends for compliance services
  • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives
  • Qualifications

  • Must possess at least 5-7 years managed service, professional services or software product sales experience with significant focus in the banking domain and the ability to identify new prospects, build new customer relationships. Sales experience with BSA/AML and sanction services/products is a plus.
  • 7 years managed service, professional sales experience with significant focus in the banking domain Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding goals, and having achieved premium sales \"club\" recognition. Demonstrated highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated the ability to:
  • Effectively represent client needs to ensure appropriate solutions are brought to the client.
  • Build trust with clients.
