The position works out of our New York office and reports to the VP, Publisher working within a close-knit team.
Pre-sale administrative and client services support.
Post-sale coordination and follow-up. This can include myriad client, customer and commercial services as needed.
Coordinate inquiries and communications with clients, team members, and internal team members.
Perform other administrative tasks including backup brand support as directed by manager.
Support the commercial team on client activities and administration on proposals.
Work closely with operations and all internal departments to schedule promotional assets and contractual deliverables including material collection, or proposal support.
Assist with office administration: managing/ordering supplies, facilitating correspondence, coordinating vendors, ad hoc administration.
Skills and Requirements:
The successful candidate is a team player who is confident, adaptable, and responsive
2-3 years of experience, excluding internships (in sales, or a marketing role)
High level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
Detail oriented and team player
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies
Advanced experience with Word, MS Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas.
CRM experience is a plus
Ability to anticipate needs, innovate, and flourish in a fast-paced environment
