Nature & Scope: Are you a highly successful sales professional with a passion for selling solutions that deliver real business value? Do you feel like you should/could be earning more money based on your unique ability to connect, persuade, promote, demonstrate, and sell value-driven solutions that you believe in? Imagine Staffing Technology is looking to add a passionate, dynamic, goal & money-motivated individual to our sales team. This role will be responsible for developing and expanding our all-around business by cold/warm calling and networking to bring new clients to the table and help to achieve organizational growth goals. The ideal individual will have demonstrable success in selling differentiated products and services, must be honest, sell with integrity, be trustworthy, and have the ability to establish, develop, cultivate, and maintain strong client partnerships. Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • Generate and qualify leads by cold/warm calling, networking, and leveraging referrals
  • Develop and maintain customer information within our ATS/CRM
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Work with internal recruiting team to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Negotiate with clients
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Prepare and present sales contracts
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
  • Participate in afterhours networking events to build brand

  • Job Requirements
    Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales capacity selling differentiated products or services
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Must be self-motivated, driven, ambitious
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, but be trusted to work autonomously under minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively multitask and juggle numerous projects/tasks/deadlines simultaneously
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Staffing Industry experience a plus, but not necessary
  • *Excellent compensation package – Base salary plus lucrative commission/bonus plan, benefits, and vacation/holiday time
