Our client, an AmLaw 100 Firm, is looking for a Receptionist for their Washington, DC office. As a part of our Offices Services team, the Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, scheduling conference rooms, ordering office supplies, arranging catering, provide general clerical support, and maintaining a positive environment in the reception area. Some job duties of the Receptionist will be as follows: Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed Coordinates and accepts USPS, FedEx, UPS, and courier deliveries. Maintain conference room schedule and staff attendance log. Process regular and ad-hoc catering requirements for office events and meetings. Manages office and kitchen supply orders on a weekly basis for the office. Assists with financial requests for processing expense reports, submitting/tracking invoices, cutting checks, and processing payments with corporate finance team. Provides administrative support for Partners, attorneys and other staff including scheduling, calendaring, drafting documents, data entry, file management, copying, printing and scanning. Job Requirements College degree preferred At least 1-2 years of experience in an office setting as a Receptionist, or in a customer service-driven environment Law firm or professional services experience highly preferred Word & Excel Experience Needed Good Communication Skills (both verbal & written) Hours will be 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, must be flexible for overtime Additional Information NRI is an equal opportunity employer.
